•Shipping is free on all items worldwide from Tokyo, Japan.
Every item is tracked and requires an ID to be shown and signature upon delivery.
We video record the entire packing & posting process on every item for insurance purposes.
Items will be sent via EMS unless otherwise stated in the specific items description. (usually for low priced items)
EMS Express Mail Service from Japan can range from 3-15 days.
A tracking number will be provided in a shipping confirmation email.
For non EMS packages, regular post can range from 7-20 days.
We ask that you check the address is correct before purchasing. We are not responsible for your package should you enter the wrong address.
If it has been over the est delivery date please contact us and we will send out a search request form for the item straight away.
